Commercial plumbing in Houston.

The permit, the city and the inspection are on us. Ten years of commercial plumbing.

A kitchen with no hot water can’t open.

And the other trades can’t close up a single wall until plumbing passes.

Sometimes the plumbing isn’t what holds up a job. It’s the city. They send comments back. They want corrections. Then you have to get an inspector on schedule. Every one of those can stall you if nobody’s on it.

Who we work for.

Restaurants and barber shops all over Houston, and gas stations too.

  • Restaurants
  • Barber shops
  • Gas stations

What we do.

More commercial jobs we do

  • Grease traps
  • Drain cleaning and hydro-jetting
  • Gas lines
  • Water heaters
  • Backflow testing
  • Repairs and service calls
  • Work after closing or overnight

That’s not your job. It’s ours.

  1. The permit

A lot of commercial plumbing work needs one before it starts. We handle the permit for you.

  2. The city

The comments, the corrections, getting an inspector on the schedule. After a decade of commercial plumbing, I know what they’re asking for.

  3. The inspection

Inspection day is the wrong day to find out something’s off. So we get the job ready before the inspector ever sees it.

Ten years.

That’s how long I’ve been doing commercial plumbing. In ten years, you see the problem more than once. So when I look at your job, I’m not guessing.

“Great company. Need help on commercial project. Team was very knowledgeable and thorough. They passed the inspection the first time. It was a stress free experience. Would recommend 1000%.”

On the job.

Questions I get asked.

Can you work after hours, so we stay open?

Yes. We can work after closing or overnight, so your business stays open.

Do you speak Spanish or Arabic?

The owner speaks English, Spanish and Arabic.

I’m opening a new restaurant. What plumbing mistake costs owners the most?

There’s a saying I go by: buy right or buy twice. The most expensive thing you’ll ever buy is something you have to buy twice. Some restaurants like to put in three-inch main lines. I like to do four-inch main lines. The grease going down the drain, if you don’t maintain your drain, starts to clump and becomes hard grease, and you’ll have a lot of issues down the line. So during construction, have a four-inch main line.

Why do plumbing inspections fail on commercial jobs?

You have multiple reasons. If a job does fail, normally they write you a checklist, and you take care of the checklist and do what’s asked. Then you wait for the inspector again. Inspection day is the wrong day to find out something’s off. After ten years, we’ve learned what they look for. So we get the job ready before the inspector ever sees it.

Our kitchen smells strongly of gas. What do we do?

Better safe than sorry. If you smell gas and it’s strong inside, even with the hood running, shut off the gas main and close the kitchen. Then get a plumber there to find out what’s going on.

If the smell is strong, get everyone out and call 911 or the gas company from outside.

Name, number, what’s going on.
